Prices are for weekly periods from Saturday to Saturday.

The arrival is possible between 17:00 and 20:00. In case of late arrival you are kindly pleased to contact us per e mail or telephone.
Departure is possible from 8:00 and 12:00. In case of earlier departures please inform the reception of the hotel “La Marina”.
Keys withdrawal and delivery, as well as all check-in and check-out procedures, included payment, should have been done at the reception of the hotel “La Marina”, located in Corso Italia 5, 3 minutes walking from the apartment.
In order to proceed with the reservation we require a deposit of the 30% of the total of your reservation. Settlement should have made at your arrival, by keys withdrawal. Reservation will be considered confirmed only after the arrival of the requested deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Within 30 days before the arrival day 50% of the deposit will be deducted. Later than that date the total amount of the deposit will be deducted.
Guests have the obligation to take care of the apartment and to return it in the same conditions they found it at their arrival; any damage occurring to be reimbursed A cautionary deposit (100.00 €) should be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned upon departure after final verification of apartment conditions. In the event of damage and/or missing items, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the cautionary deposit and the remaining difference will be returned to guests.
